Shenzhen Kingstar Bags And Cases Co., Ltd. is situated in Longgang District, Shenzhen. Founded in 2005, the company has been deeply involved in the bag industry for 20 years. We produce and export various types of products such as makeup bags, toiletry bags, shoulder bags, backpacks, and travel bags, covering dozens to hundreds of series. Our products are mainly sold to Europe, America, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia and other countries.

2005-2009: Laying the foundation and establishing the business, initially venturing into the global market

This is our stage of entrepreneurship and survival. The core is to "survive" and gain a firm foothold.

In 2005: Dream Set Sail - The company was established in a small factory in Shenzhen, starting with an OEM model, mainly producing basic cosmetic bags for overseas customers. With strict quality control and competitive prices, we have won the trust of the first batch of international customers.

2007-2008: Laying a solid foundation - Successfully passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification and established a standardized production process. We actively participate in exhibitions in Hong Kong and Europe and America, and have initially established a sales network covering the European and North American markets.

In 2009: Responding to Challenges - Amid the global financial crisis, we flexibly adjusted our strategies, delved deeply into niche markets, and developed high cost-performance product lines. Not only did we smoothly weather the crisis, but we also achieved growth against the trend, accumulating strength for subsequent development.

Phase achievements: From a small workshop, it has grown into a reliable supplier with a stable customer base and a good reputation in overseas markets

2010-2015: Expand and deepen, shape advantages

At this stage, we move from "being able to do" to "doing well", and start to build our core advantages:

From 2010 to 2012: Product Upgrade and R&D - We established an independent R&D and design department, enabling us to transform from simple OEM to ODM (Original Design Manufacturing), providing customers with one-stop services from design to production.

From 2013 to 2015: Market Diversification - While consolidating the traditional markets in Europe and America, it keenly explored emerging markets such as Australia, Japan, South Korea and the Middle East.

Stage achievements: Successfully completed the transformation from OEM to ODM, established a diversified international market pattern, and developed initial independent design and brand awareness

2016-2020: Transformation and upgrading, Embracing change

We confront industry transformation head-on, take the initiative to seek change, and embark on a new stage of dual-wheel drive of branding and digitalization:

From 2016 to 2018: The business team expanded, increased investment in Alibaba International Station, and explored the DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) model.

In 2019: Green and Smart - In response to the global trend of sustainable development, we launched a series of eco-friendly material bags (such as those made of rPET recycled fabric), which received a positive market response.

In 2020: Seizing Opportunities amid Crises - In the face of the global pandemic's impact on the traditional luggage market, we promptly adjusted our product line and developed "new life scenario" products such as home office bags, fitness bags, and computer protection bags. Through online exhibitions, social media marketing, and other means, we successfully stabilized our performance, with the proportion of online sales exceeding 50% for the first time

2021-2025 (Outlook) : Intelligent Manufacturing for the Future, Global Empowerment

Standing at a new starting point, we are committed to becoming an industry leader with innovation and digitalization at its core
2021-2023: Intelligent Manufacturing and Deep Digitalization - Introduce automated cutting, computerized sewing machines and other equipment, and upgrade to a "lean + automated" smart factory. Comprehensively deepen digital marketing, guide product development and precise marketing through big data analysis, build a private domain traffic pool, and enhance customer loyalty.

Our Story

Looking back on the company's 20-year growth journey, we have helped customers from all over the world produce hundreds of millions of makeup bags, handbags, backpacks, etc., and also witnessed the rapid growth of many of our customers. We have grown from a small single room with a few people struggling, to a large flat office building, and now to an area of more than 3,000 square meters. Currently, the company has an administrative department, business department, development department, design department, procurement department, production department, quality inspection department, and warehouse management department, with a complete internal management system.
